  Generally speaking, according to the requirements of the process and relevant technical documents, the maximum and minimum values of the temperature in the effective working area of the box furnace, the maximum deviation of the furnace temperature, the maximum and minimum values of the deviation from the set value of the volume can be obtained from the measurement results of the temperature uniformity of the high temperature furnace. However, the readings of the highest temperature value and the lowest temperature value in each measurement point should be selected during the entire measurement duration, and not read in the same measurement cycle. This allows you to see the time distribution of the temperature.


  The high temperature furnace is divided into two conductors of different components connected to the synthetic circuit, when the temperature of the joint point is different, the electromotive force will be generated in the circuit. Thermocouples use the principle of electromotive force generated in the loop when the temperature of the two joint points is different to measure the temperature. According to the position distribution of thermocouples in the furnace, the size and position of the effective working area of the box furnace are determined.

  1. the maximum deviation of furnace temperature = the highest temperature value of each measuring point, the lowest temperature value of each measuring point.

  2. The maximum deviation exceeding the set value = the highest temperature value in each measuring point - the set value of the controller.

  3. the maximum deviation below the set value = the lowest temperature value in each measurement point - the set value of the controller.
