The high-temperature muffle furnace is a device used for heating experimental samples or for high-temperature processes in industrial production. Its heating elements include resistance wire, silicon carbide rod, or silicon molybdenum rod. These elements generate heat by passing current through them, raising the temperature inside the furnace chamber to the desired high level.
The furnace lining adopts a lightweight ceramic fiber structure, and load-bearing parts such as the furnace bottom use materials like alumina hollow sphere bricks. During high-temperature sintering processes, it simultaneously achieves energy efficiency (compared to traditional refractory materials) and better insulation effects.
Standard Features:
High-temperature range: Box-type furnaces can provide high heating temperatures, typically ranging from Ambient +10°C to 1800°C or even higher, to meet the demands of high-temperature experiments.
Precise temperature control: High-temperature box furnaces are usually equipped with sophisticated temperature control systems, enabling precise control of heating temperatures to meet experimental requirements.
Enclosed design: The interior of box-type furnaces is designed as a closed structure, which reduces energy loss.
Versatility: Besides providing high-temperature heating, some high-temperature box furnaces also feature multifunctionality, such as constant temperature heating, constant humidity heating, etc., making them suitable for various types of experiments.
Application fields: High-temperature box furnaces are widely used in experiments and production processes in fields such as materials sintering, ceramic preparation, metal treatment, catalyst activation, graphite chemical reactions, etc.
Easy Control: Equipped with intelligent temperature control instrumentation, allowing for the programming of actual temperature curves. It features user-friendly operation, making it easy to use and control.
Multiple Volume Options: Customizable from a 4.5L furnace chamber to a 200L furnace chamber, various sizes are available. Standard furnace chamber dimensions can be obtained by contacting our company.
High-temperature requirements: The highest operating temperature can reach 1800℃. Depending on the different temperature ranges, options for heating elements include resistance wire, silicon carbon rods, and silicon molybdenum rods.
Optional Features:
Customized control methods: From traditional domestic instrument PID control to customized imported instruments or PLC control. Various options are available to meet the usage habits of different customers.
Door opening methods: The traditional opening method is side-opening, customizable door opening direction and opening method, manual, semi-automatic, fully automatic, etc.
Multi-sided heating: Depending on the furnace size, while ensuring the uniformity of furnace temperature as much as possible, additional options for multi-sided heating are provided by Y&H meeting higher requirements for furnace temperature uniformity.
Multi-point temperature control: According to different usage scenarios, customers can choose multi-sided heating to improve thermal radiation efficiency and coverage range of furnace temperature.
Exhaust ports and gas paths: Exhaust ports, gas paths, flow meters, etc., can be added according to customer usage requirements to meet process requirements (no vacuum sealing structure).
Touch screen control: Y&H can produce touch screen control systems based on popular industrial touch screens on the market, including reports and real-time data observation and download.
