The main components of the furnace include:
Heating Element: Heating elements are typically installed around the heating chamber or within grooves on the surface of a trolley to generate uniform heating. When current passes through the heating element, resistance generates heat, heating the air and materials inside the heating chamber. Typically, temperature requirements ranging from 400°C to 1700°C can be met. Depending on the temperature requirements, options for heating elements include resistance wires, silicon carbide rods, and silicon molybdenum rods.
Heating Chamber: The heating chamber is a space designed to accommodate heating materials or products, typically composed of ceramic fiber materials (fiberboards, felts, blocks, etc.) to withstand high temperatures and energy-saving demands. The temperature inside the heating chamber can be adjusted by controlling the current flowing through the heating elements to achieve the desired heating effect.
Thermocouple: A thermocouple is a sensor used for measuring temperature. It operates based on the thermoelectric effect, utilizing the potential difference generated at the junction of two different metals or alloys due to temperature difference to measure temperature. From type K to infrared temperature measurement, various options are available.
Trolley(Platform$Loading car): A trolley is a moving component used to transfer materials or products from loading positions to heating positions, or from heating positions to unloading positions. It can continuously move during the heating process to ensure uniform heating of materials or products. Typically made of refractory bricks or hollow sphere bricks as the bottom layer material to ensure high temperature resistance while possessing wear resistance and load-bearing capacity.
Control System: The control system is used to monitor and regulate the temperature, current, and other parameters during the heating process. Through the control system, precise control of the heating process can be achieved to ensure product quality and production efficiency.

Customizable Control Modes: Control modes can be customized from traditional domestic PID control to imported instruments or PLC control, providing various options to meet different customer preferences.
Platform Entry and Exit: Platform entry and exit can be customized for automatic movement, with a maximum of two platforms to facilitate loading and unloading while firing on one side.
Multi-Sided Heating: Depending on the furnace size, in addition to ensuring furnace temperature uniformity as much as possible, additional options for multi-sided heating are provided to meet higher requirements for furnace temperature uniformity.
Multi-Point Temperature Control: Depending on different usage scenarios, customers can choose multi-sided heating to improve heat radiation efficiency and expand the coverage of furnace temperature.
Exhaust Ports and Gas Paths: Exhaust ports, gas paths, and flow meters can be added according to customer requirements to meet process requirements (without vacuum sealing structure).
