We are proud to introduce our latest innovation, the Advanced Vacuum Heat Treatment Furnace. This state-of-the-art furnace represents a significant leap forward in heat treatment technology, offering unparalleled performance and reliability.

The furnace chamber is constructed from double-layer steel plate coils, welded to form a robust shell. Inside, a cooling water jacket creates a cold wall, ensuring minimal environmental impact and thermal radiation. The chamber is equipped with various interfaces including water-cooled electrode inputs for energy input, temperature control thermocouple interfaces, and interfaces for uniformity measurement of furnace temperature.

The heating chamber features a sophisticated design with three layers of molybdenum screens and three layers of stainless steel screens for optimal thermal insulation. Molybdenum lanthanum alloy heating elements are evenly distributed around the interior, facilitating precise and uniform heating. The modular design allows for easy maintenance and replacement.

Temperature control is achieved through "S" type dual-core thermocouples, with one for control and the other for monitoring and safety. These thermocouples are connected to a temperature controller equipped with proportional integral derivative (PID) and digital display functions. Voltage regulation on one side of the transformer is controlled by a silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR), ensuring precise temperature control of the heating chamber.

The vacuum system includes a series of pumps—sliding valve, roots, and diffusion pumps—enabling the furnace to achieve high vacuum levels up to 10-3 Pa. This capability meets the stringent requirements of various heat treatment applications, providing a clean and ideal thermal environment.
